Return and refund policy

Replacement and warranty policy:
The guarantee for all products is 30 days from the date of receipt, except for international products that do not have a local warranty. Inspecting the product with the representative is your guarantee to ensure that you receive the product in its image, content, and in the best condition. Replacement in the presence of a clear manufacturing defect in the product. It will be replaced with the same product or another. No product that has ever been used and its box opened will be returned. However, it will be replaced in the event of a manufacturing defect. In the case of replacement as a result of a manufacturing defect, the customer will not bear any additional expenses  in the event of a complaint. If there is a defect in the product within a period of 30 days, a representative will be sent to the customer within 3 working days, after which the product will be reviewed by us. If, after examining the product, it turns out that it does not have any manufacturing defect, it will be sent again to the customer, with the customer bearing the full shipping costs in the case of replacing the product. It must be present in its entire packaging without any parts or damage to the carton or its accessories. No money will be returned to the customer, but any product that has a manufacturing defect or that arrives to the customer that does not match the image shown will be replaced.
Electronic products cannot be returned in the event of a change of mind if they are not in their original packaging and if they have been opened.
